Gary Hines

Gary has over 35 years of experience assisting buyers and sellers of small to medium-sized businesses across a wide range of industries and business types. Gary is recognized as an expert witness in matters relating to the business brokerage industry. He has testified in numerous arbitrations and cases, including in the Superior Court of Orange County. Before joining Vanguard Resource Group, Gary owned a business brokerage and a commercial real estate firm. He was previously the Master Franchisee for a major business brokerage franchise, providing training and support to numerous brokerage offices and up to 100 individual agents throughout Southern California. Gary served on the board of directors of the California Association of Business Brokers for 7 years, including as President of the association in 2018.
